Autone envisioned a future free from spreadsheets, with a product interface that embodied this vision. To bring this concept to life, we needed to design a new plataform while simultaneously ensuring continuous improvement of the live product.
Challenge
The main challenge was to balance supporting the current product in production while striving for consistency across design systems.
At the same time, we were tasked with creating a new design for an improved version of the product.
This required coordinating efforts across various teams and managing requests from multiple stakeholders, including the the head of design and other C-level executives.

and understanding how AI can be leveraged to optimize demand forecasting and inventory decisions.
