We rebuilt it with acquisition as the priority. New positioning, restructured pages, and every section designed to move SaaS and L&D buyers toward signing up. Users had to learn the editor before they could see what the product could actually do for them. We rebuilt the creation and editing experience around conversational AI. Instead of facing an empty editor, users answer a few questions and get a working first draft. Editing became the same: describe the change, watch it happen, stay in control. The experience now enable new users reach a finished, high-quality lesson in their first session. Faster time to value, less drop-off at the activation stage.
